There are a lot more pictures posted over at Nick’s Flickr page.

Congratulations, fellas!

Spoiler alert . . .

February 22, 2009

I have it on good information that Nick has completed the 20 dips Challenge.  However, he has requested that I not post the point until he has had the attempt witnessed.  This is not a requirement, but I will honor such a request if someone would rather have a witness to a completion.

I won’t post the point until Nick tells me it’s official, but basically he’s got that one in the bag.

On second thought . . .

February 20, 2009

Apparently, it is winter once again here in Minnesota.  I’m postponing my Hike attempt until it is dry out again.

I’m bummed about the weather.  I even bought a 25-pound bag of rice yesterday with which to load my pack.

Rules meeting reminder

February 12, 2009

Tyler, Adrienne and I are going to meet up Thursday (2/12/09) at 5:30pm at Caffetto to discuss and define a few more rules for the Challenges.  None of the rules of this competition are designed to overly limit Challengers or to make challenges more difficult– hopefully they set some parameters and help clarify when a challenge has been completed.  If you would like to be a part of this conversation please meet us at Cafetto.

Note:  All rules are subject to Commissioner approval.  New rules will be posted under the Rules page and I will indicate their addition here on the homepage.

Ice Fishing

Shortly after Nick busted Josh out of federal prison, the two brothers fled to Lake Harriet for cover. Nowhere else in the metro area would a orange jumpsuit and auger blend in so seamlessly.

Challenger Profiles, Fish, Rules

February 10, 2009

I have begun posting the Challengers’ profiles over at the Challenger Profile page.  Go check up on your fellow Challengers and read some words of wisdom.

Josh and Nick invited me out to Lake Harriet Sunday to do some wicked ice fishing.  I don’t know if I was technically ice fishing because they brought all the gear, drilled the holes and set up a rod for me, but I certainly would have taken the checkmark had I caught, cleaned and eaten a fish.  However, we got no bites.  My pictures turned out mostly lame but if Josh has a good shot I’ll post it up here.
